- 1969 Santa made a brief appearance at Bridgnorth station. Kitson & Co 5474 'Carnarvon' drew a single coach out to Cleobury Road Bridge and later on, at the appropriate time, rolled it back in. Having arrived at Bridgnorth by train, Santa then moved on to his grotto on the High Street.
- 1982 Santa arrived at Bewdley by helicopter, before travelling to his grotto at Arley by train.[1]
- 1990 LMS 476401 Open Wagon moved to the SVRSevern Valley Railway from Southall.
- 2010 The LNER (SVR) Coach Fund completed the transfer of three carriages to the SVR Charitable Trust[2].
