Frankley Reservoir is at the end of the Elan Valley pipeline, which caused the [[Folly Point Siding|siding to be built at Folly Point]] a couple of years before, and it was the sort of project which might have paid for a siding to be provided at Kidderminster too. There is no mention of Kellet in the Bennett’s Business Directory of 1905 (with thanks to Patrick for finding and posting on the SVRSevern Valley Railway-Online forum). - It's certainly possible. Frankley Reservoir is at the end of the Elan Valley pipeline, which caused the siding to be built at Folly Point a couple of years before, and it was the sort of project which might have paid for a siding to be provided at Kidderminster too.
