This 4-wheeled 7-plank Tippler wagon was built by the LMSLondon Midland & Scottish Railway at Derby, although the precise build date and LMSLondon Midland & Scottish Railway number are unknown. It was later acquired by the British Sugar Corporation for use at the Foley Park factory. In July 1969 it was one of 14 donated from there to the SVRSevern Valley Railway, although by 1990 all but 4 had been cut up as beyond economical repair.

The Railway Heritage Register Wagon Survey includes a photo dated August 2010 by Gareth Price of the wagon in the storage area adjacent to Kidderminster Railway Museum, carrying the fictitious livery of the “Lothian Coal Co., Newbattle". As of 2015 it is no longer at that location; the current location and status of this wagon are unknown.
