This 4-wheel non-vented van was built at Swindon in 1913 and was used at Wolverhampton Stafford Road works.
It arrived on the SVRSevern Valley Railway in 1972, and was initially restored a short time later. It was completely overhauled in 1986-87 which included a repaint into GWRGreat Western Railway Lake livery. It is seen at Bewdley in March 2015.
