"The initial scheme opened in 1906 with two 42in-diameter pipes. Two more pipes of 60in diameter were added between 1919 and 1961" from [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elan_aqueduct]. That's the Elan Valley Aqueduct which passes under the railway nearby but isn't actually listed as a bridge or culvert. Trimpley Pipe Bridge passes over the railway and carries a single pipe.
