Foot crossing south of milepost 144½

This crossing is situated south of milepost 144½ between Country Park Halt and Hampton Loade.
It is also known locally as "Charlie Davies' crossing" after a local farmer who is known for their duck breeding and their shooting parties either side of the line. It was the northern limit of drainage works undertaken in November 2021.[1]
It was replaced with new sleepers and a new rubber crossing in November 2022.
