A General Utility Van (GUVGeneral Utility Van, formerly used to transport mail and parcels) is a type of rail vehicle built by British Rail and its predecessors, which was primarily used for transporting mail and parcels. GUVs were classified as Non Passenger Carrying Coaching Stock (NPCCS)
