The Erlestoke Manor Fund Shop raises funds for the Fund's vehicles. It is located in General Utility Van 86105 in the Cattle Dock at Bewdley and is generally open core hours are 10.30am – 3.30pm on weekends and some other operating days, subject to volunteer availability.[1] Dates and times are usually posted a few days in advance on the Fund's Facebook page.

The shop stocks a selection of new and second hand books, railwayana, DVD and model railway items, including specially commissioned limited edition 00 scale models of local goods wagons. Branded clothing can be ordered. Its online sales of stock using eBay "also continues to yield successful results".[2]

In addition, from time-to-time the Fund take the shop 'on the road' as a sales stand to other railways and events. It attended the Warley Model Railway Club Show at Birmingham NEC in November 2023, where the Fund's 5164 was the centre-piece attraction.
