Severn Valley Railway News is the SVR’s quarterly magazine, provided free to SVR Members and on sale at SVR shops. The first edition was produced in 1965, the year of the Cooper’s Arms meeting.  Editions 1-10 were A4 sheets produced on a hand-operated duplicator, the current A5 booklet format was adopted from issue 11.  Since issue 11 the format has remained consistent, although increasing in size from 20 pages + covers to 60 pages + covers in issue no 198 (Summer 2017).
