LMSLondon Midland & Scottish Railway Corridor Third (TK) 2300 was built in 1946 at Derby to diagram number 2119 lot number 1407.
2300 arrived on the SVRSevern Valley Railway in February 1978 as an empty shell from Bass Charrington in Plymouth. It was fitted out with an interior salvaged from coach 13045 which was scrapped. It is owned by The SVR Charitable Trust.
