Hoo Road bridge from the Kidderminster side

Hoo Road Bridge (Bridge 1) is the first road overbridge from Kidderminster. The area of land immediately beyond Hoo Road Bridge on the left, as seen through the arch in the photograph, was the site of the former GWRGreat Western Railway / BRBritish Rail or British Railways Kidderminster Shed, where some of the locomotives working services from the south end of the Severn Valley Railway were stabled.
