This vehicle was built at Swindon in 1895 and is unique[1]. It bears a plaque stating that it was purchased in 1970 and subsequently restored by the 6000 Locomotive Association.

The Brake Van has been cosmetically restored and is on display outside Kidderminster Railway Museum.
