Class 50 Alliance Limited

The Class 50 Alliance Ltd owns four Class 50 (English Electric Type 4The British Railways classification for diesel locomotives of 2000 bhp to 2999 bhp) diesel locomotives and operates a fifth which is owned by Class Fifty Operations Limited[1], in turn owned by a small number of its shareholders. The Class 50 Alliance Ltd was formed in 2013 by the merger of two groups, The Fifty Fund and Project Defiance.
