  • 1882 The GWRGreat Western Railway authorised the building of a second platform, passing loop and extra sidings at Arley, including a signal box.[1]
  • 1882 The GWRGreat Western Railway authorised the building of additional platform accommodation and sidings at Highley, including a signal box.[2]
  • 1882 The GWRGreat Western Railway authorised the building of a second platform and passing loop at Hampton Loade.[3]
  • 1891 The GWRGreat Western Railway arranged to attach passenger carriages to the 6:30pm goods train to Kidderminster for the benefit of people returning from Tenbury Foresters' Fete, the last regular passenger train being scheduled to depart at 4:56[4]
  • 1996 The SVRSevern Valley Railway staged its first 'Sixties weekend'[5].
